CRIMEs IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRY like INDIA, an GLIMPSE if YOU ARE an MALE/HUSBAND/relative to husband/POOR, you are fit to be jailed in jail friendly/PRO JAIL republic of face valueless INDIAN LAW,JUSTICE,JUDICIARY, GOVERNANCE & PUBLIC WELFARE dedicated to jailing of citizens, as a part of contribution to nation/india/world/public welfare... I was at MADHYA PRADESH & CITY of madhya pradesh on 22nd,MARCH 2014, a man/husband, an poor shabbily dressed, average INDIAN, uneducated, he was jailed by an FAMILY COURT JUDGE,as USUAL, for being unable to pay maintenance to his wife,(RS 40,000),aproximately 600$, INDIAn citizens liberty & independence, constitutional rights are so poor/miserable/devalued that the UNDERDEVELOPED JUDICIARY made up of indians/indian interpretation of law/public welfare can jail an indian under excuse called law, there is no respite for him, but jail the final product of indian law for an helpless indian male/citizen serviced by suedo intellectuals & I DONT CARE TYPE OF WHIMSICAL INDIAN JUDICIARY...I was under the impression that I am safe,but the JUDGE sincerely tried same logic, sense & sincerity towards me also, I went to court, with 10,000 RS(200$) bounty/demand draft for the OPPONENT/ indian disgruntled wife/female posing as wife/spouse to me, who came with 5(FIVE) of her relatives well off, to see that I was to be jailed,I did not go to the court on last hearing ,since I wished to contest some of other 498a assumed crimes of INDIAN law/court/criminal justice system thrown at me via INDIAN law from 5+ years & failed to over interpret my lawyers signs & conveyings, UPON my luck & my elderly 60+ mothers intervention , MY GODs good blessings, I survived the ordeal, this time, next date is due within month & I have to eek out 85,000 RS or JAIL,behind BAR EXPERIENCE, awarding by the HONOURABLE INDIAN judiciary to the scoundrel citizen of INDIA, with an european/english constitution, I had aproached the supreme court with evidence & about 3000 pages of 3 petitions with evidence,logic, & constitutional prpvisions,but yet to get an listing for my justice seeking plea, it is very easy to capture the british era BLACK INDIAN DOG (INDIAN CITIZEN WITH CONSTITUTION & INDEPENDENT TAG) under indian equations of JUSTICE, no law,equation,etc comprise of such jail terms for governance,police,law,judiciary,ministries,supreme court,high court,prime minister, chief minister & PRESIDENT of indians sustained upon PUBLIC MONEY/taxes,for the betterment of indian masses/average indian aboriginee, but to serve INDIANs better there is nothing sober,sincere & justified in the interpretation of indianised law than JAILING OF INDIAN.....an actual experience of third world country with underdeveloped sense of JUSTICE,service,public welfare,constitution & COURT... indians are at the mercy of INDIAN law,justice/judge & judiciary,constitution, justice,ethics,public welfare & world attention/shame are passe/no worry...
