Al’Qisas – Law of Equality (balance, opportunity, equivalence, parity, retribution etc) is prescribed to you in Cases of Al’Qatala’ – Murder (Qatl’e’amd – intentional) : The Free for Free, the Slave (servant) for Slave, and Female for Female, But if Killer (murderer) Uofe’ - Is Forgiven by Ahghayahe’ – Brother (of victim, Wali) against Shahun’ – Something (Compensation, Blood Money – Diyat), then adhering to it: Bal’maruf’ – According to Usage (with fairness, reasonable demand), and Payment of Blood Money (Diyat) should be made to him (heirs) Ba’husan’ – In a Goodly Manner (handsome gratitude), This is Ta’ghafayafun’ – An Mitigation (alleviation, relief, concession etc), and A Rehamatun’ – Mercy from your LORD, So after this whosoever Autade’ – Transgresses the limits (revenge), he shall have a painful punishment; -In Al’Qisas’ - Law of Equality there is Hayatun’ – Saving of Life (a law against death sentence), Al’la’bab’ - O You Men of Understanding (aware, intelligent, judge, advocate, learned etc), that You become Al’Muttaqun’ – Pious (dedicated, devoted, righteous, etc)”.
