CRM consultancy role for Global software company CRM Consultant for a Swedish multinational software author. You will be joining a team of 70 consultants in the UK (2 of whom work on CRM), in a company of 2,700 staff in 50 countries throughout the world. You get to work for an amazing company with a CRM product that integrates through the entire ERP and MRP system. So you have the chance to get CRM working on a level that is not practical on other CRM products. The new version of the CRM Module is due for delivery in a few months, so you will get to work on the latest functionality and technology. The developers are in Sweden so if you have an issue you can link with them and get things fixed quickly, sometimes immediately. Why is it so great? You have a chargeability target but you control and book your own diary and appointments, so it is normal to work from home on a Friday. The company has a Swedish ethos, so they are more family than business, for instance you get 6 months full pay on sick leave and 90% pay until you retire. Your whole family will get health cover. You can chose whatever car you want (based on price). You are home based and they don’t mind where you live from the Lake district to Kent, from Cornwall to Newcastle, they also have consultants in Scotland. You work hard but not too hard. When you go into the office you will generally stay in the hotel, everyone stays in the same hotel, so you will have dinner together and have a few drinks together, it is a real blast and the team spirit is great. They also have team building days very regularly. The projects You can expect to have one large project of 100 days and 2 or 3 smaller ones of around 30 days. You will do everything except the installation. Because you can deal directly with the developers the chance to really tailor the solution for the client is amazing. You will work on client site a lot and there is some travel to Europe and the USA if you want it. One project was 400 users in 30 countries, most done remotely or by other offices.
