CURRENT ORDERS I appreciate all your messages and concern, I closed the shop to enable me to complete the high number of existing orders. I am extremely busy processing these orders and due to the nature of the items they take time to create. I am currently overwhelmed with the amount of messages I have been receiving and I will do my best to reply to you as quickly as possible. The more time I spend on messaging, the less time I have to create and package orders, so please understand that I dont sit at my computer 24 hours a day. I am usually in my craft room. I acknowledge that there have been some delays with some orders due to supplies, and length of time to make, and shipping problems with some others. All customers who have experienced unusual delays will receive a special gift with their order as a thank you for being patient with me. If you need to request a refund, I will honor that request though again this may take a little time as with answering messages.
