CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES - Standard Media The incumbent being the first contact with external and internal customers will be expected to acquaint themselves with the Company’s business and products to assist visitors appropriately. Key Responsibilities: Receive all visitors to the office in a pleasant and courteous manner and to direct them to the appropriate offices. Compile reports and other correspondence that may be assigned by designated officers from time to time. Will be in charge of the reception area and ensure that the area depicts a good image of the Group Receive correspondence delivered to the reception and to ensure that they are delivered to the right office without delay. Qualifications & experience Diploma in Business Management, Administration Training in Customer Service or Public Relations.
