We believe the way to achieve this is to ensure we are creating an outstanding working environment for our team of highly driven customer service specialists who are at the frontline of our business. Sounds great so far right? But you are wondering what the role entails? Read on! Your week will consist of: •Full working week, on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am-10pm Monday to Sat, and 8am - 6pm Sunday •Responding to support customer queries •Assisting with customer queries for internet bet placements •Assisting Luxbet customers with the opening of accounts •Assisting with daily on-line credit card transactions •Processing the daily promotional account top-ups •Making outbound calls to assist in customer acquisition What experience do you need I hear you ask? Well, what we like to see in our beloved staff is: •Experience using RightNow (CRM system) •Experience in an Inbound/Outbound Call Centre environment will be highly regarded •Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office •Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, shift work and the occasional public holiday •A high level of attention to detail combined with solid organisational skills •A love and passion for providing exceptional customer service We except nothing less than a positive, can do attitude from our staff.
