The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for responding to customer enquiries including over the telephone, in the cashier function, on the reception desk and bookings of community facilities. This position will also be involved in all other aspects of customer service including direct and in-direct contact with the community. Reports to the Customer Service Coordinator. Essential criteria include: Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of customers; high level interpersonal and communication skills; well-developed problem solving and analytical skills; ability to develop links and work collaboratively across the organisation. Opportunities may arise to remain on Councils eligibility list for future Customer Service vacancies. Salary is from $29.51 per hour.
