Cadet Training ========== Northern Marine Management is one of the largest investors in marine training. We have over 100 Cadets from countries including the UK, Russia, Sweden, Croatia, India, Philippines and the African continent in training at any given time. Our philosophy is to “grow our own” officers and the cadet program plays a key role in this approach. Trainees experience a varied training program serving on RoPax and RoRo vessels, Tankers and “Tall Ship” Brigs. Tanker assignments are available on a range of tanker tonnage from coastal to VLCC, and all trades including chemical, oil and gas.
