Call Committee Update: The call committee met January 16th to begin compiling the Ministry Site Profile. This included examining All Saints and Byron community demographics and discussing current trends, goals, and programs within the congregation. The committee evaluated the leadership style, programming strengths, and theological perspectives of the church. Starting at the congregational meeting on January 26th, congregational support will be requested in the form of a survey in order to establish the most accurate congregation profile. This survey will cover “top ministry tasks” and “desired skills for ministry” as two of the critical elements of the Ministry Site Profile. We request the forms to be returned to the appropriate box in the narthex by Sunday, February 9th. -Rachel Niederer, Recorder
