The Customer Service Representative provides inbound service excellence to customers and clients to achieve contact centre objectives. You will handle inbound calls and represent the organisation in a friendly and professional manner. You are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and accurate information to members and non-members. The role will maximise call opportunities to promote and sell products and service, with the potential to earn attractive bonuses. Purpose of this position: • To receive inbound calls from members and non members in response to promotional campaigns or member needs • To handle all member inquiries, membership applications and claim requests • To build rapport with their members and help continue our reputation as the easiest health fund to do business with • To cross sell relevant products, always remembering - members first! Requirements: You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills You ideally have Contact Centre experience or as a minimum Customer Service experience You demonstrate the ability to understand a range of needs/wants and match them to appropriate solutions-based products & services You have highly effective negotiation skills You posses well-developed interpersonal skills You are a problem solver You thrive in a team environment You have the ability to navigate through different systems Available to commence in January 2015 Availability to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm Due to the extensive training program, no planned leave will be available for your first 6 months in assignment. **Please note you must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role.
