As Obama, through his endless lies, has made repeatedly clear and MIT Professor Jonathan Gruber reinforced just recently, Fascists believe we ordinary people are stupid. Fascist Ben Casselman, who pretends to be an expert on economics and some kind of journalist writes in the Fascist blog FiveThirtyEight that federal grand juries refused to indict in only 11 cases. He cites a general source, not the specific page. If you take the time to find the relevant page and the actual number, youll see Casselman is either ignorant or a liar or both. Casselman claims U.S. attorneys prosecuted 162,000 federal cases in 2010, the most recent year for which we have data. Grand juries declined to return an indictment in 11 of them. This implies that all the cases went to a Grand Jury, which is grossly untrue. Most cases dont go to a Grand Jury. Moreover, because of the great drain on resources such cases represent, most prosecutors try to avoid Grand Jury proceedings. So we dont know how many cases were presented to a Grand Jury. Indeed, in 11, no True Bill was returned , A fact in and of itself has no significance. Fascist water-carrier Casselman, carrying out his obligation to falsely create the appearance of impropriety, fails to note that U.S. Attorneys declined to prosecute in almost 31,000 cases for a variety of reasons, including findings that no crime was committed which was the outcome in the Ferguson proceeding. Casselman is a Fascist, a pretend expert on economics and a fake journalist. But he is a very real (and incompetent liar).
