Called BABIES R US again for the 3rd time in 2 weeks--- come to find out they never even processed my complaint the 1st 2 times I called!!!! Livid is an understatement. Thankfully the lady did process it and I should get the right item in the next week/week and a half... People just do your job. You get paid for a reason. Now you have a mad pregnant lady waiting on the right diaper stacker when yall sent me some wrong, ugly one. Lol!! Rant done for the day!!
