Caller: Can you tell me if we are under a purge? Me: What? Caller: Ya know like the movie PURGE Me: Uh NO!! Caller: Well I seen on FB and Twitter where our neighboring states are in a purge and the police are having a time and people are going crazy. So I just wanted to talk to an officer and see if it were going on here and how could I find out? Me: Well if you watch the news and you see a red line at the bottom of the screen that says there are people out on the street killing to free their spirits then thats how you will know I guess. But my officers arent on facebook and twitter at night to check out the news. Caller: Well I just wanted to know cause I was kinda scared and I went to one of the links and checked it out and it looks really scary and it is getting really bad in Kentucky. Me: Ok well have a good night. WTH is wrong with people??? First of all that was a movie a Science fiction movie at that. Secondly if we were having a purge it would be my day off and I would not have to take dumbass calls at 3am.
