Calling all Chamber Mobsters It is time for a mob! CASH MOB*CASH MOB*CASH MOB We have drawn another random Cash Mob. I know you have heard of a Flash Mob, this however is the Chamber Cash Mob! The instructions are simple: All Chamber members willingto sign up have agreed to visit the chosen business on the mob day, between the hours scheduled and while there spend at least $20.00 (more if youd like!) By signing up they have agreed to be put on the list as a Cash Mob-er as well as a Cash Mob-ee. (Mobsters language!) After the drawing we notify everyone on the list where and when the mob will take place. Its all about boosting local business. It seems we are always asking for discounts or donations....instead this gives a little in the way of a monetary thanks for being a local business and says We support each other! What if you are not a Chamber member and would like to participate? Everyone is invited to the Cash Mob! The only stipulation being, you must agree to spend at least $20.00. This weeks Cash Mob will be at: Katherines Fine Art formerly Angel Fire Artspace Saturday April 5, 2014 Between the hours of 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Directions to her studio: From the blinking light at 64 and 434, head toward Eagle Nest. Drive approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto Lakewood Pines Rd. (B9) Address is: 83 Lakeview Pines Watch for: On your right youll be at the south end of Eagle Nest Lake. On your left will be a State of New Mexico Point of Interest sign and pull out. In front of you, the pavement will change from gray to black (new) At that point, brake and turn on your left turn signal. Youll come down a small hill and on your left will be a road. It is Lakeview Pines Road (B-9). Turn left on it and drive 8/10 of a mile straight up. Youll cross another road (Windy Hill) and by then youll see the black & yellow flags. It is the second left after you cross Windy Hill. (There are Blue Dumpsters lined up at the intersection of Lakeview Pines and Windy Hill.) The address is 83 Lakeview Pines. There will be one flag at the end of the driveway and one at the house. Maybe youll want to carpool.
