Calling all Fitness People. Need your PRACTICAL advice. Goal is to get decently hard abs in 3 months. Dont really need to lose weight. Maybe a couple pounds, tops. Just need to move stuff around and firm it up a little in order to pull off wearing a bikini on vacation. Looking for a good combo of strengthening exercises combined with alterations in eating habits. Note: Ridiculous advice like Do 500 sit ups a day and eat nothing but salads, aint gonna cut it. I like meat. Its staying in my diet.
