The average person really doesnt realize how much chaos is in our culture-and doesnt really understand what covenant is; Ive just begun to learn what it is in recent times. Were just broken, everywhere you look. We grasp the idea of commitment, but have a greater sense of entitlement in our heart; I see it in me, and everywhere I look. Ripple effect. We make a promise in marriages, today, and in many ways; promises are easily broken. But, when a covenant was made, there was always a sacrifice-blood had to be spilled; that showed the seriousness of a promise kept, and the laying down of your life for another. They would bind themselves by an oath which resulted in death, if broken. We dont see, in modern society, how our words kept or broken effects into generations; life and death are in the POWER of our tongues. Yes, some things are irreconcilable.. but EVERYWHERE you look?! We can still turn back to our roots, America, but were going to have to lay down our right to have rights. Servants and soldiers dont have rights. They fight the good fight of Truth in Love, so that others can have the right to choose freedom; not freedom to be without principle, but freedom of will and opportunity to live, and move, and have our beings in these very self-evident truths; children of Truth who transcend circumstance. Only through the bridge that Jesus made at the cross will we find ourselves, again; in Him alone will we find our true reflection of what we were created to be, as His own image; out of this flows Life. -He came to His own, and His own people did not receive Him. But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name(Jesus), He gave the right to become children of God.. John 1:11-12
