Calling all fridge experts!! New fridge delivered today and delivery men took the packaging off and went on their way.I turned it around and saw this at the back,which i assume is there to protect the condenser coil yes? Anyway i phoned the manufacturer and a guy who answered concluded that this needs to be removed so i cut all the way around the edges and the top layer came off as you can see but the one underneath is very thick and when i tried to lever it off it just came off in small chunks(right hand side). Im terrified of cutting any deeper with a longer blade in case i rupture the coil.Any ideas??
