Calvary Baptist Church, Alexandria, LA will host a Surviving the Holidays seminar at 6 P.M. on December 3rd for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The seminar will feature small group discussions along with a video lesson that will provide practical techniques from grief recovery experts to help work through the painful emotions that reappear each holiday season. Participants will also learn ways to avoid becoming overwhelmed by the season’s events. The seminar is open to the public and there is no charge for admittance.
