Calypso Resort & Towers on Panama City Beach is still setting the sales pace for condo prices in our area. Ever since this property was erected by Pelican Real Estate & Development in 2006, it has set the standard for value appreciation on Beach Front Condos. Although the condo market has fluctuated over the past several years due to changes in the economy. Calypso Resort & Towers is the first property to appreciate in value, and the last to depreciate anywhere on the beach. Location is everything in Real Estate, and Calypso is the only Condominium adjacent to Pier Park which is obviously the difference. Is the price worth it?
