The Toul Sleng Genocide Museum was a High School until 1975, when the Khmer Rouge turned it into S-21, a prison where they systematically tortured and held people for months until the were taken to the killing field to be executed. These people were their own people that had done nothing... Between 1975 & 1979, over 17,000 people were processed through this one facility, les than a score survived .....
