Cameron has declared a toilet tax.....anyone with two toilets who does not have two arseholes will have to pay! Constipation sufferers will have to share neighbours toilets and will need to have a new test that requires them to prove their constipation by sitting on the toilet for 24 hours in front of a panel of ATOS members who will decide whether the person is holding in on purpose! Those who need two toilets for diarrhea purposes will be expected to take the contents therein to the local assessment centers to determine the nature of the excess shit, if it is deemed to be due to eating any foods not on the list of foods given out in exchange for food stamps then the person will be deemed a traitor to his country and given 24 hours to pack his bags and F*** OFF!
