Cameron, my son, purchased this cabin about a mile from his home in Pollock Pines, CA. Laura & I will be moving in after the home is remodeled & made ready to move in. Home needed major demo work; demolish the rock chimney, reframe that side of cabin & level the floor, install new vinyl siding, replace two windows, remove a side portion of the deck, reposition a bedroom closet, new wood flooring throughout, remove wood paneling, install new wall between the 2 bedrooms & drywall, resurface all the drywall in the home, replace new exterior front doors & 1 interior door, paint the entire inside of home... and this is just the beginning of the things we will be doing to the property (not to mention a ton of exterior landscaping & removal of trees & work on the driveway & parking pad area)... looking to move the shed & eventually build a 2 car attached garage with a master bedroom suite...this all just takes time & money and a lot of our labor to make happen...somewhere, over the rainbow, this will all come to fruition... nice to have dreams again...
