Can I get everyones thoughts for a minute? I will be re-structuring my business (mainly my packages and products) pretty significantly for next year. I do not want to sell you digital JPEG files. Let me reiterate that. I do not want to sell you Jpegs that live on a USB stick, a DVD, or online. I want to sell you timeless art that you actually frame and hang on your walls. Photographs that you pull off the book shelf and hand to your family to physically touch, feel, view, and cherish in an album. A USB drive doesnt look very good in a nice frame hanging on the walls. In order to do this, I want to know why you think that your digital JPEG files are the single most important product, and the be-all end-all of hiring a professional photographer. Do you value a digital JPEG more highly than a high-quality beautiful print framed and hanging on the wall? If you said yes - why? Please comment below.
