Can Ranbir Kapoor pull off the rugged street fighter look? In Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet the actor will be seen playing a very different role and sporting a completely unique look. Ranbir Kapoor has been training super hard to get into the shoes of a fit and agile street fighter in his next film, Bombay Velvet, to be directed by Anurag Kashyap and with….surprise…Karan Johar playing baddie. And that comes as an absolute surprise to us, ‘coz we have always seen Ranbu as a happy-go-lucky guy next door in his films. Never have we seen the lad indulge in hardcore action and honestly, he doesn’t even have the muscular and super swift bod of a real street fighter. How will he manage to look and feel his part? Is the martial arts training he is going through right now enough to make him step into the shadow of an absolute toughie? We guess we will just have to wait and see if the Kapoor kid astonishes all hell out of us. Meanwhile we just dug out for more spicy info.
