Can anybody explain to me the policy of Globe! To acquire my reward phone I need to change my old plan to a new one and so I did! I got my S4 last tuesday and it was so frustrating. After two days my phone went off! I went to globe and called three times to complain. The answer is simply, they can not activate my sim because my new plan will start on the 13th of this month and that I have to wait till then for the activation! Is it not Crazy and Stupid! So friends, from tonight you can reach me at my sun cell. Much better service and with better signal anywhere, anytime!
