Can anyone else explain this to me or is this a common routine that happens while closing on a home. I was expecting to close on my home today, but the buyers requested another extension until April 7th (this is the fourth one since January), the loan is VA Loan, the appraisal has been ordered two weeks ago and yet not one appraiser has appraised the home, during the extension someone is either on vacation, or away from the office or has no answers, the buyers also requested to move into the home and pay me rent without having an approval for the loan and requesting a closing date extension while in the process of wanting to move in, that was denied, is this standard procedures? I dont remember going through this much trouble when I purchased my home, but that was also 12 years ago
