Can anyone help me find this one horror film, it starts in a hotel or high rise apartment, a man jumps to his death, people go check it out and then after in a smashed up tv a head which has been bloodied and has glass stuck in it is mocking someone. I was so acared as a kick i never saw anymore but it has stuck with me to this day cos i wanna see it, it would have been on sky tv around 1993 and i think the film is late 80s can anyone help?
