Can anyone identify the building in the background of this picture? The lady in the dark dress is my grandmother, Luolla Sullivan Robinson. This picture was probably taken around 1930. I have another picture of my great grandmother, Lucy Payne Robinson, taken in the same location during the same time period. The Robinsons lived in the Summit area of Spotsylvania during the 20s and 30s. I am curious to know where the building is/was and what it was.
