Can anyone shed some light on this I am in the process of exchanging and estuary have come round to look at my property... And they have stated that I need to change my skirting boards because of water damage in the bathroom and change my bath panel as theres a scratch on it... It all seems a bit OTT.... The guy I spoke to says theres no room for compromise... As anyone battled similar circumstances x
