Can anyone tell me what this is?? I have a lab/pit mix and he has this growth on his chest. I took him to the vet about a year ago and was told it was an insect bite and was given a course of antibiotics. Those didnt do anything and this thing seems to grow a little every few months. It started small and is now about the size of a quarter. It doesnt seem to bother him I can touch it and move it around without him flinching. It does however sometimes itch him I think because he will lick it to the point of it almost bleeding and it will swell up really big when he does that. I was afraid it was a cancerous growth but the vet said it wasnt that. Any suggestions? ?
