Can i have a ppp. My partner has a child from a previous relationship. His ex used him as a sperm doner bascially. She has another two kids from two different dads who also dont see their children. My partner pays csa monthly since birth, the relationship they have is a hard one, she always slags him off. The mother doesnt like him to have contact, she cancels arrangements last minute and refuses to let him contact his daughter by phone most of the time. She has also moved away. We see his daughter about once or twice a year (birthday & xmas) and his daughter would tell us her mother says bad things about her dad all the time. (Even saying he loves our kids more than her) My partner called his ex and said he was going to court to try and get a proper custody agreement and now suddenly his ex has called saying we are to have no contact with her at all, this is his daughters choice as she no longer loves him or her sister/brothers and is old enough to make her own choices.. (Shes 11) what do we do? Trust shes telling the truth and back off for good or go ahead with trying to remain in contact. Its been a forever battle! And costs a small fortune in csa payments when were not even aloud to see her.
