Can not believe the sga that my insurance claim is becoming - one day Fifi is being fixed, the next she isnt, then she is and so its been for a month now - and then today the replacement car gets a puncture but no spare or repair kit - grrr, bear with me, it gets worse - the hire company wont allow us to deal with it ourselves - the AA has to! So we wait and wait for them. The car gets loaded and taken to Quik Fit, they took one look at it and anounced the was illegal - mismatched wheel sizes apparently and that they didnt have two of the right tires to put it right!!!! So now no Fifi, no hire car and no more patience!!!
