Can someone challenge any special privileges LAW enacted by parliament that favours any minority or majority community as UNCONSTITUTIONAL? If the constitution is supreme, there there it say all men and women are equal in the eyes of the law. Would they not have to get a constitutional amendment to change this basic right before passing bills and laws that favour any one special community? Is this being nonsecular now for just asking for a uniform civil code and ONE LAW for the land? It is these laws that divide people and propagate communalism? your view please.
