This has been approved by the Hon Peter ONeil, Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea in preparation for Election 2017? What is the rationale behind this move as Pangia/Ialibu is not a big electorate? Why is the Prime Minister breaking apart long established village lines, clan groupings and family connections and circles? What is the rationale behind this move as it was not even made known to the people of Pangia/Ialibu through proper education and awareness so that the people can decide for themselves. Why is one man dictating this move, which is not in the best interest of the people of Pangia/Ialibu Electorate?
