If I may, I would like to talk about domestic violence. As a survivor of such, (my second marriage) many people dont understand the pull of women into such relationships. We question why these beautiful woman cant have the self-confidence to leave that said relationship. I feel so deeply for Dottie, as she was a classic case of domestic violence. Everyday she was scared, angry, and felt cornered by this horrible person. Some days, she tried to brush if off and hope that her days would go normally, as others do. But family, friends, and co-workers saw the pain, the sadness, and selflessness Dottie showed. Many times, more then I can count, my family, friends, co-workers tried to help me out of this awful relationship. Finally, I saw the light, had enough, and had enough confidence to get out before more serious matters occurred. I know many told Dottie the same, she was trying so hard to leave. But this person was someone that went over the edge. Thanks for listening.
