Can someone please tell me why we never sing the full National Anthem. Every other country sings their full anthem, but oh no, like typical Aussies, we abbreviate everything. For those of you who arent aware, following is the lyrics for our full anthem. Australians all let us rejoice For we are young and free Weve golden soil and wealth for toil, Our home is girt by sea: Our land abounds in natures gifts Of beauty rich and rare, In historys page let every stage Advance Australia fair, In joyful strains then let us sing Advance Australia fair.
