Can someone tell me WHY? This morning I was driving east on Ohio St, facing the sun. All at once I have this lady jogging facing traffic (which I know is the right way if you are running in the street.) but my question is WHY are they jogging in the street when there is a sidewalk 3 foot over from the gutter they are in. Even if the sidewalk is a little uneven a fall would hurt a lot less than being hit by a car. Something bad is going to happen if this keeps up.
