Russian twists and ankle touchers are a great way to help define, tighten and firm the sides of your waist. Along with other abdominal exercises such as situps, crunches and planks, doing these daily and keeping a healthy, balanced, nutritious diet WILL bring results. Ive been doing this for almost everyday now for a while and Im excited at the definition im seeing more and more in my Abs. Never stop trying, even if it looks like nothing is happening. If you persist, stay consistant and believe then the miracle WILL happen. Defying the Impossible!
