you know better not to show your soul to the wrong people. maybe because you showed it, to the people who you thought were the right people but they ended up being the wrong people. so how do you know the difference between them?? you dont. its a risk.. sometimes your soul is drowning in you, its reaching for help, trying to keep up float, trying to breathe... i think that means.. you havent let anyone in... you havent shared the depth of your soul to a person.. youve been keeping it to yourself and you can feel your soul suffocating in you... the soul needs to be free, it needs to be seen and heard... but its our pain and fear that is drowning our soul... i guess, its up to you to set your soul free or keep it a prisoner seeping for air.
