Can someone tell me what the Anti-Bullying policy is at Pine - TopicsExpress

Can someone tell me what the Anti-Bullying policy is at Pine Street? EXTREMELY MAD that (not only) my son is regularly bullied, punched and kicked by a notorious troubled kid in his grade 4 class. This kids has been expelled from school for injuring others as well, so I do know that this isnt a special treatment just for my child. The teachers are notified and for some reason nothing is done when my child notifies them. According to my son, teachers are even witnessing the attacks and no intervention is made! Obviously I can not find the childs parents phone number to deal with the issue myself, but this definitely needs to be put to an end!!!! Any one have advice on what to do? Besides talk to the principal... talk to the teacher.. because that is NOT working too well.
