Can they make Buster Keaton laugh? Not if he is awake. Buster has never been known to laugh although he has made millions roar with his tragic blunders. Here are three of Keaton´s scenario staff and his director Eddie Cline trying to ´laugh´ Keaton into a story. All were reading at once, but it doesn´t look as though they were convincing, although thoroughly satisfied with themselves. However, Buster never smiles. What is he thinking? Joseph A.
