Can we go the speed of light? No, because we have mass. There is a limit to the speed at which physical bodies can actually travel; I believe the speed of the electron (that which hold us together) is 1.3e6m/s, not to mention the even greater mass of our nuclei, which if i understand all correctly would be even slower. If however, i was molecular scanned and my volumetric molecular makeup were broadcast at the speed of light as information to then be deciphered and reassembled somewhere else, by say some type of stereo-tactic laser photochemistry device, then I would be traveling at the speed of light in practice, but my original self would remain going nowhere, as usual.
