Can we just start the whole week over??? Let me get this right VA- My father died from Lung cancer that spread everywhere last August. EVERY month you continue to send me denial letters for services you did not approve from when we found him unresponsive and under his pallative care teams instruction took him to The James. NOT POSSIBLE TO HAVE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE to get approval or even wait for approval and you say the letters are gonna continue . Thanks for the continuous salt in the open wound. WOW- such love for Vets and their family.
