Can you believe that construction of the Famous Eisenhower Caboose began 40 years ago this month. The Caboose was completed by the winter holidays if I remember correctly. Thanks to all the boys and girls who made it such a special place and Eisenhower Treasure. And a special thanks goes out to each and every staff member who contributed to continuing this tradition as well as ensuring the Caboose has always been ready to support kids learning to read, continuing to read, and welcoming former Eisenhower students back as they prepare to graduate from high school. Each one of you are part of this enduring legacy! dgh
