We are still desperately looking for a translator to work on alternating Thursday afternoons with the Girl Scouts at Zaatari Camp. We need someone who speaks English and is fluent in Arabic. They would come to the MC office at noon on alternating Thursdays (starting next week if possible) and be back by about 5 pm. We will obtain their camp entry permits through Mercy Corps. The program only goes through the first week of May. After that, well have local women (hopefully) running the program. Do you know of anyone, in your vast volunteer network, who is fluent in Arabic and can commit to alternating Thursday afternoons for two months? We need someone urgently!!
