Can you say that I am completely snackered......did a catering, for our seniors at church, this evening.....it was a huge success, and everyone enjoyed it immensely. But holey, I am exhausted....off to dreamland soon and then another day of work tomorrow.....Dinner was stuffed pork loin, garlic smashed potatoes, and carrots, and dessert was cherry and apple turnovers, made with my home made pie filling....They are all asking me to be the chef again next year. I think we have created a monster. Have a feeling this is going to be the first of many dinners. Thank you to my sister for helping me in the kitchen today and to the deacons of our church for asking me to cook the dinner. Your generosity to our seniors will not be soon forgotten. Brian E.
