Can you think of this as more than just a Facebook post? More than just color on the screen. Perhaps you can imagine a doorway, a portal into a place of unconditional love. Lets create it together, a place we all work towards... a place we can all go. If you please, visualize a garden. Well, a plot of land with lots of fertile soil. The potential for a garden, as weve yet to grow anything. Theres plenty of water, perhaps we can manifest a stream. Have it enter our garden in a majestic falls that feeds a beautiful pool. I would ask you to put yourself at the top of these falls, now conjure up your happiest of memories. Feel all the good feelings, all the senses associated with those memories and let them pour out of you and over the falls. Feel their warmth, their joy, the wonderful remembrance of your happiest times, let them out for others to experience. As you allow them to flow out and over the falls they join the other memories already left there. Mine are there, and so are those of anyone who has read this email and joined in. All the laughter, all the smiles, the squeals of excitement, the sighs of passion they bubble together and flow out in streams These tendrils of happiness will be what feeds our garden, our flowers will grow from the happiness we share. But the seeds we will plant are for another email, right now there is a pool full of happiness I desire you to experience. Cast yourself in! Join us at the bottom... Take that leap and feel the weightlessness as you fall. Have no fear, the pool is deep and no harm can come to you here. Let out a whoop of jubilancy as you fall towards the surface, do a dive...be majestic. Or cannonball, as long as youre having fun it doesnt matter. To each their own. As you break the surface and find yourself surrounded by this feeling, take a moment. Close your eyes, sponge it up. This is what the email is all about, sharing our joy, sharing our happiness. As you sink into the depths of liquid joy feel the contentment as your skin is tickled by bubbles of laughter. All the happiness you feel as you rise back towards the surface multiplies within you and adds itself back to our water. A constant multiplication of our positivity. Float on your back in the eddies off to the side of the falls, or join the crowd forming on the beach to watch the people jump in. Try it again, perfect your dive. We arent here to judge, youll get nothing but unconditional love here in this place. But thats the trick, thats all you can give while youre here. Stay awhile, enjoy this place, add to the memories as they come to you. Were going to require all the happiness we can get. The next episode well get to growing our garden.
