Canada, which has a single payer system, has now empowered - TopicsExpress

Canada, which has a single payer system, has now empowered government panels to decide who lives and who dies and has given them the right to overrule families. In other words, you might want your relative to continue to receive life-sustaining healthcare, but if they decide otherwise, tough-luck. Not surprisingly, unencumbered by all that obsolete Christian ethical baggage, Canadian materialists think this is a good thing. But thats Canada! No death panels here in Murica, no siree bob. Well, after Obamacare kills private insurance (which it is already doing) and we finally switch over to single payer, do you seriously think we wont go the way Canada has gone, or that our government will have any economic or ethical reasons not to make exactly the same decisions that Canada has?
