So it would stand to reason of the Native Band of territory and the adjacent territories of other bands to the land for boundaries points that would establish one another. However, the finding of land to make a camp as short period such as week is not an actual living location and the forming of village from a cam or town without the written sales of ownership such as the great spirit / God / Jesus / Lucifer / or alien that could prove ownership sales onto the people make it only a claim for long term use. To fight over an object that is not owned by either side to a claim of right in owning of toys or lands or cars and have no prior evidence to bare of evidence of ownership from sales of a legal source of legal power of ownership. To sustain a one side Justice is actually an injustice of a position formed by greeded decision and is bios. Lands of spoils is exactly that spoiled by greed. However deal makes on lands between 2 mutual groups / parties without evidence of ownership in the first based on claims of allowance but not with agreement of true legal ownership or proof of that from the higher true authority in which both side claim by faith on cultural beliefs which show them posing as God or spirits behalf - is actually a behind the back deal. like selling property / cars / records etc. without consent of your brother / sister / mother / father / children with authorization. What is legally not owned can not be taxed. Who started and implemented taxes and who agreed by bonded word / written agreement / imposed upon / and changes. Legal procedures of forming taxes or adding taxes or increases to taxes by a king or queen or lessor member of court of kings tax on kings citizens within a kingdom compared to a queens tax in a kingdom. Taxes and tariffs. The churches right / Land Barons rights / Lords or lessor ranks. The Proprietor of a business to place taxes. The rights to impose or force taxes outside their Kingdom or country A Parliament of one country to another to impose taxes or manipulate positions of authority. Management imposing taxes and laws without ownership or true Legal Authority. People giving authorization to a group of people that has not been given legal Authority by true source and to authorize the group to impose the right to tax non members / ex procreate or imprison or sentence to death. claim of rights is not given rights from true legal source. self claim or claim of a group. ??? dose not make legal. !! ??
