Cancer is an epidemic and it boils down to a mixture of poisons in the environment and poisons in our food coupled with genetics. Did you know that less than 5% of cancers are genetic? Weve been exposed to thousands of chemicals that havent been on the planet before a 100 years ago. Our bodies have 25,000 year old genetics and it does not have a mechanism for getting rid of a lot of these chemicals. What we decide to eat or drink or what we avoid everyday will tilt the odds of getting cancer in our favor or in our detriment. A cancer cell is like a terrorist in our bodies and the immune system is the police officer that needs to be efficient in arresting it. There are no chances that the terrorist will be caught but chances increase if we put up many roadblocks. We need to have a strong police force 24 hours a day. Do this by eating healthy whole foods and by cleansing the toxins out of your body on a regular basis.
